Version 2.1 of SiriRa1n by the Tech Net Dev Team should be released soon and will add dictation support. We currently don’t know how the speech recognition in SiriRa1n works. It could use another voice recognition service such as Nuance, just like Siri0us did.
You can download SiriRa1n 2.0 (just the Siri GUI without dictation) right now by adding repo.technetec.com to your Cydia repos.
