Will anybody be able to port Siri before a public jailbreak for the iPhone 4S is available?

There are a lot of people who claim to have ported or nearly ported Siri to the iPhone 4. The only real port we have seen so far came from chpwn and stroughtonsmith who got their hands on some Siri files from a jailbroken iPhone 4S.

Jackoplane just recently announced that he will upload a video of his port tomorrow.

Will anybody be able to port Siri before a public jailbreak for the iPhone 4S is available?
